1K Kirana Bazaar is looking to hire an Sales Manager (Store Operations) based out of Gurgaon.

 Brief about 1K Kirana: Building India’s first tech driven modern kirana chain for smaller towns. Our network stores are driven by the perfect blend of technology and consumer data. Our franchise stores are called “1K Kirana Bazaar”, or in short, “1K”. 

 The incumbent will have the following responsibilities: - P&L management for designated store portfolio - Responsible for revenue target achievement while keeping the costs in check -Month on month improvement of key metrics such as store-level sales growth and customer retention -Handling team of executives for smooth operations across store portfolio -Set and drive key business initiatives across the area through BTL activities and enhancing operational efficiencies - Managing relationship with franchise partners and issue resolution related to smooth store operations We are looking for candidates who have 1+ years of Sales and business development management experience in Retail/Ecommerce/FMCG and are hustlers.
